The unit has great flow and energy, beautiful landscaping, and enjoys refershing ocean breezes through the day. Also enjoy two complimentary bicycles for cruising on the The Strand.
The beach is right outside your front door for sunbathing, surfing, volleyball, people (and dolphin) watching and sunset walks just outside the front door.
The unit sits in a quiet residential neighborhood (mostly single family homes), yet is close enough to the vibrant social centers of Manhattan and Hermosa Beach for the best of both worlds.
A quick note to help you distinguish our vacation home from others in Hermosa Beach.
1. Our vacation home is only 1 house from the sand, with excellent sand and whitewater views from the living room. (One client thanked us for his ability to watch his young children play in the sand from the comfort of our unit's living room.)
2. The property sits on a wide walkstreet.
3. Most condos in Hermosa have a cramped feeling, due to high property values and extensive development. This is one of the few properties in the area that has a tremendous sense of space and GREENERY in all directions. This alone will make a big difference in your vacation.
4. This property is in North Hermosa, which is a more residential and safe area. South Hermosa in comparison has lower property values, many more apartment buildings and less single family homes-- is noisier, with a more mixed demography. This property is perfectly located between the Manhattan and Hermosa Beach Piers.
Hermosa Beach is known worldwide for its beautiful wide sandy beaches, people, and weather. Our unique beach culture is coupled with safe family neighborhoods and social settings for young and old alike. The condo is conveniently located only 15 minutes from LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) and has easy access to anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area, since only 10 minutes to major highways, ie. 405, 105, 91.
From our property you can reach the following destinations in less than an hour by car:
-snowy mountains (skiing) from late fall to early spring!
Enjoy our unique beach culture while still being close to ALL of LA. And please remember this is our second home. This means whge hope you will feel right at home, but we also ask that you respect our property and its neighbors.
